She was born October 11, 1934 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Loia A. (Sizemore) Moll and Paul Craft. Shirley was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Fred J. Moll. She was a 1952 graduate of Nevada High School and on April 3, 1953, she married Ralph E. Pritchard who preceded her in death on June 21, 2018.
Shirley was proud to have worked alongside her husband Ralph at the Pritchard Insurance Agency and also worked at Timken and AAA in Bucyrus. She was a member of Good Hope Lutheran Church, Bucyrus Moose Lodge, Arthritis Foundation and Doll Collectors Inc.
What made Shirley happiest was time spent with her family and especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed her dolls, Swarovski Crystal collection and her elephants, having over 500 of them. Shirley traveled across much of the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. Other travels included Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, and cruises in the Caribbean. Some of these trips included stops at casinos where she spent many hours playing slot machines and was rather successful over the years. For relaxation she loved to read and planned her days around watching Jeopardy.
Shirley is survived by her daughter, Cathy (Dave) Schwemley of Bloomville and son, Randall (Tracey) Pritchard of Bucyrus; granddaughters, Elizabeth (Jeremy) Crall and Melissa Pritchard; grandsons, Chad (Shelly) Schwemley and Troy (Gwen) Schwemley; 10 great grandchildren, Brett, Brynn, Bria, Alexis, Mya, Mykle, Kymberleigh, Uriah, Elijah, and Eve; brothers, Michael Moll of Sarasota, Fla., and John Riley Moll of North Ft. Myers, Fla.
Shirley was preceded in death by brothers, Tom, Glen and Roger Moll as well as her sister, Rebecca Moll.
Her family will receive friends from 12-12:55 pm Saturday, January 8 at Wise Funeral Service, where her funeral will be held that day at 1:00 pm with Vicar Tanyce Addison officiating. Burial will follow in Biddle Cemetery.
If desired, donations can be made payable to either the American Heart Association or Avita Hospice and these gifts will be accepted through the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy are encouraged to be shared on her tribute wall.
