Mary E. Stephens

Mary Etta Stephens, 89, of Bucyrus, died peacefully in her sleep Sunday, September 4, 2011 at Heartland of Bucyrus.

She was born December 25, 1921 in Crawford County to the late Henry and Effie (Kimble) Pfirsch. Mary worked for North Electric for many years until retirement.

She is survived by three children, Russell E. Edgington and wife Agnes of Sycamore, Barbara Lohr and husband David of Bucyrus, and Etta Lohr of Sycamore; 12 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren and 23 great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by a son-in-law, Roy Lohr as well as four brothers and two sisters.

Mary will be cremated with no public services. Memorial contributions may be given to a charity of the donor's choice through the Wise Funeral Service.
