Janet C. Kimerline

Janet C. (Fowler) Kimerline, 81, died Saturday, June 16, 2018, after a prolonged illness.



Janet was born January 7, 1937 in Los Angeles, California to the late Russell and Eleanor (Cummins) Fowler. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and aunt. She was married to Nelfred Kimerline on May 1, 1955. He survives along with four children, Mary Fike and husband Tim, Mike Kimerline, Gwen Eulett and husband Pat, and Jannel Motter and husband Chris; six grandchildren, Jessica Barnard (Eric), Riley Fike (Karen), Alec Motter, Sam Fike, Evan Motter, and Brady Motter; and great grandchildren, Cohen Fike, Olivia Barnard, Zoe Eulett, and Trace Eulett. Also surviving are siblings, Kay (Ted) Grotsky, Kim (Ron) Young, and Don (Jeane) Fowler; and in-laws, Charles W. and the late Carol Kimerline and Reg and Kay Kimerline; sister-in-law, Phyllis Reed; and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Janet was preceded in death by her brother, Phillip Fowler.



Janet graduated from Bucyrus High School in 1954 and received her BA from The Ohio State University. She poured her heart and soul into all she did. She was the Director for the Crawford County Council on Aging for many years. In retirement she was very active at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Marblehead, her community, and especially the Marblehead Lighthouse Society.



A celebration of life will be announced on a future date.
