Harry A. Chance Jr.

Harry Arthur Chance Jr., 74, of Bucyrus died early Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Kobacker House in Columbus.



He was born December 12, 1944in Bucyrus to the late Harry Chance Sr. and Macel K. (Stroud) Lust. Harry graduated form Bucyrus High School and served in the US Navy from 1964-1965. He worked at Swan Rubber for a time and used to be active in the American Legion and Republican Party.



In addition to his parents, Harry was preceded in death by his brother, Darl R. Chance and stepfather, Kenneth E. Lust. He is survived by five cousins and their families.



A funeral will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 22 at Wise Funeral Service and burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery with military rites by the US Navy and American Legion Honor Guards.
