Charlotte C. Smith

Charlotte C. Smith, 78, of Tiffin died Monday, October 23, 2023, in the emergency room of Mercy Hospital, Tiffin, OH.

She was born October 11, 1945, in Bucyrus, to the late Delwyn and Helen (Farrell) Smith.  Charlotte is survived by many cousins and was extremely close to Becky (Greg) Leopold of Tiffin.

Charlotte was a 1963 graduate of Bucyrus High School and earned an associate degree from Tiffin University.  She has lived in the Tiffin area for the last thirty years.

Charlotte was known to be a very kind, loving, polite, and considerate lady.  McDonalds was her favorite eating place, where she enjoyed the cheeseburger combo meal.  Gatherings with family at holiday meals, and visits from extended family were especially enjoyable times.

She enjoyed watching “The Talk” on television and spending time at the “Health Club” at The Willows, where she spent time riding the bike.

Her family will receive friends from 10 – 11 am Friday, October 27 at Wise Funeral Service, 129 W. Warren St., Bucyrus, OH, 44820, where her funeral will begin that day at 11:00 am with Pastor Clayton Bailey officiating. Burial to follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
