Brent A. Brecount

Brent Allen Brecount, 48, of Bucyrus, died unexpectedly of natural causes Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Bucyrus Community Hospital.

He was born in Bucyrus on August 28, 1966 to James and Beverly (Cotsamire) Brecount. His mother preceded him in death and his father survives him, residing in Bucyrus.

Brent graduated from Colonel Crawford High School in 1984. He worked several years at Food Town before helping his dad with his water delivery route, which he enjoyed. Brent most recently worked at Bucyrus True Value where he loved socializing with the customers.

Brent loved listening to Garth Brooks, especially when helping his parents around the house and he enjoyed their sightseeing trips to Put-In-Bay.

His dad will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Saturday, July 25 at Wise Funeral Service and Pastor Brad Smith will conclude the hour with a brief service, beginning at 2:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be given to HomeCare Matters Hospice through the funeral home and memories are encouraged to be shared below.
